AbaFleet © Workshop Maintenance is used for the control of all fleet expenditures (creditors), vehicle maintenance and full historical records for management analysis.

AbaFleet functionality includes:

1. Complete vehicle history in terms of maintenance.
2. Cost analysis of vehicles and entire fleet for any period.
3. Stock control of spares and consumable in workshops - Requires AbaStock Add-on Module.
4. Can be automatically linked to AbaLoad (Debtors and Load Management Module).
5. Standard Reports are all viewable and printable and include the following:
   • Maintenance Schedule
   • Job Cards
   • Costs by Vehicle, Creditor and Maintenance Category
   • Stock Summary Report - Requires AbaStock Add-on Module

Additional reports can be custom-developed

Additional reports can be custom-developed to support your unique requirements, for example:

• Fuel Purchases and Usage e.g. by Depot, Vehicle, Consumption - AbaFuel Add-on Module required
• Vehicle Profitability Report (must have AbaLoad Application)
