All relevant information regarding a load is captured via this module and becomes a central of reference throughout the rest of the system.

Basic Functionality of AbaLoad

1. AbaLoad provides a basic source for comprehensive management reporting and statistical information.
2. Invoices, credit notes and statements exactly the way you want them to look.
3. Full history of all invoices, credit notes and payments.
4. Linked Sub-Contractors and Proof of Delivery (POD’s).
5. Load Histories and management.
6. Full search and sort capabilities on Load No., Customer, Sub-Contractor, Truck, etc.
7. Standard Reports are all viewable on the screen and printable, for example:
   • Invoices, Credit Notes and Statements
   • Age Analysis
   • Outstanding Invoices
   • Loads not Invoiced
   • VAT Report
   • Sales Reports by Customer, Sub-Contractor and Truck
   • Sub-Contractors' Analysis

Additional reports can be developed to support your unique requirements, for example:

• Fuel Purchases and Usage e.g. by Depot, Vehicle or Consumption (must have AbaFuel Add-on module)
• Tonnages Analysis Report (AbaContract add-on module required).
• Costings by Creditor, Vehicle and Category
• Vehicle Profitability Report (must have both AbaLoad and AbaFleet applications)
• Annual Revenue Summaries e.g. Comparisons by Customer, etc.

Additional add-on modules or other functionality

These can be requested to support your unique requirements, for example:

• AbaCash - AbaCash is an Add-on Module for AbaLoad only and is used for keeping track of Drivers' petty cash payments, toll fees, etc.
• AbaQuote - AbaQuote is automatically included in AbaLoad. A Sales Quotation can be converted to a load and then automatically generate the final Invoice.
• AbaFuel - AbaFuel can be used as an Add-on Module to AbaLoad. It maintains specific data for all fuel bought, used or sold.
• AbaContract - AbaContract is an add-on module to AbaLoad. The purpose is to track and maintain accurate records for contracted bulk loads such as coal, fuel, maize, etc.
• Other functionality such as Creditors Payment Module - remittance processing can be requested.
