Netcare 911 responded to a collision on Hendrik Potgieter Drive in Diswilmar Krugersdorp.
Reports indicate that two cars and a truck were involved in the collision.
An elderly female from one of the cars had sustained moderate injuries and was treated on scene before being transported to the hospital for further care.
