Late last night Kwazulu Private Ambulance Service responded to the R622 near Mooi River for reports of a collision.
When emergency services arrived they found that a truck had lost control and crashed off the road.
Paramedics quickly assessed the scene and found 3 occupants that were injured. 2 occupant sustained minor injuries and were treated on scene and transported to hospital for further treatment.
Sadly tho the third occupant had sustained fatal injuries and was deceased before emergency services arrived.
