Hollard Trucking has won a coveted South African Loyalty Award for its Hollard Trucking Driver Rewards Card Programme.
This innovative loyalty programme, inspired by Hollard Trucking’s award-winning Hollard Highway Heroes driver competition, rewards truckers with twice-monthly cash payouts just for doing their jobs well – and the better they drive, the more they earn.
But what’s really great about it is that not only drivers benefit. We all do: fleet owners contend with fewer accidents and have lower running costs; cargo owners move their goods safely and on time; Hollard has fewer claims to process; and we all enjoy safer roads.
So we were delighted when it was revealed this week that Hollard Trucking had taken the Best Programme of the Year: B2B category for its rewards card programme, pipping not one, but two B2B loyalty programmes offered by liquor giant Distell to top honours.
The wider benefits of the Hollard Trucking Driver Rewards Card Programme weren’t lost on the judges. Said one of them, Matt Oldham, “Excellent programme design. I love the fact that not only [do] Hollard, fleet owners and drivers benefit, all South Africans benefit also because roads are safer and the economy also benefits because goods are delivered safely and on time. Well thought through. Well done!”
