Meiringspoort is currently closed after a lorry overturned earlier this morning, February 27. The truck, which was transporting bales, lost control at Wadrift just after 05:00 and landed on its side.
The bales were for a farmer in Oudtshoorn.
According to what it is understood, no one was seriously injured. A George recycling vehicle, emergency services and traffic are at the scene.
