Mpumalanga MEC for Community Safety Security and Liaison, Vusi Shongwe today participated in a roadblock on N2 toll road between Ermelo and Mkhondo.
Today’s operation is part of the ongoing law enforcement and road safety activations taking place throughout the province.
The MEC has expressed a sense of gratitude to the security cluster for working hard during these Easter holidays in various activities across the province.
He has also thanked many road users who were well-behaved, saying that if not for them, the situation on road crashes could have been worse.
